Description
1. Monthly Rent: Rs. 1,50,000/-
2. Refundable Security Deposit: Rs. 5–6 Lakhs (non-adjustable against rent)
3. Annual Rental Escalation: 10%
4. Minimum Lock-in Period: 12–24 months, with proposed agreement tenure of 03 years
5. Minimum 02 months prior notice for vacating after completion of lock-in period
6. Electricity, water, internet, and utility charges to be borne by tenant
7. Registration expenses to be shared equally by both parties; police verification charges to be borne by tenant
8. Monthly rent to be remitted on or before the 5th of every month
9. Property to be handed back in duly painted and deep-cleaned condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear
10. Inventory items and fittings shall form part of the lease documentation, and any damages, if observed, shall be recoverable from the security deposit after assessment
